Yes, browsing listings, saving favourites, comparing properties and sending enquiries is completely free for buyers. You only deal directly with the owner or builder.

Listings marked with the Verified badge have been checked by our team for ownership documents and genuine photos. For all other listings we recommend a site visit and document check before any payment.

For buyers using our platform there is no fee on most builder projects ÔÇö we are compensated by the developer. For resale, any applicable service fee is communicated upfront before a site visit.

We currently cover major metros including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune, and we are expanding. If your city is not listed, submit an enquiry and we will notify you when we launch there.

Click "Post Property" in the menu, fill in your property details and contact number, and our team will call you back to verify the details and take photos. Posting a property is free.

After verification, most properties go live within 24ÔÇô48 hours. Featured placement options are available if you want faster visibility.

At minimum: sale deed / mother deed, RERA registration (for new projects), approved building plan, occupancy certificate, latest tax receipts and an encumbrance certificate. Our advisory team can guide you through this checklist and documentation.
